This expansive 5,200-square-foot residence has been thoughtfully curated to offer a seamless blend of professional utility and high-end relaxation. Upon your arrival, you will find a spacious driveway with ample off-street parking and a dedicated basement entrance, ensuring your transition into the home is both private and effortless.
The residence is organized into distinct, high-performance zones designed to cater to your specific needs:
- Unit A (The Executive Work-Suite): A private retreat for the modern professional. This suite features a living area measuring 16' 2" (North-South) by 12' 9" (East-West). For a restful night, the suite includes a vertical Queen Murphy bed. The cabinet footprint is approximately 66" wide and 16" deep, extending between 88" and 90" into the room when deployed to ensure you have precise space for your planning. For focus time, we’ve provided an adjustable standing desk equipped with a 4K monitor. The ensuite experience is completed by a private bathroom featuring a 3' x 5' glass shower.
- Unit B (The Guest Quarters): Perfectly sized for comfort, this 10' 5" x 11' 11" room features a 42" swivel-mount TV for personalized viewing. Guests will enjoy the dedicated Jack-and-Jill bathroom, which remains securely locked from the public side to maintain your total privacy.
- The Shared Public Hub: At the heart of the lower level lies a magnificent 750+ square foot Rec Room and Theater—a space we’ve designed to be the ultimate social anchor for your stay.

Whether you are preparing for a night at the theater or winding down after a day in the canyon, our professional-grade entertainment suite offers an unparalleled sensory experience. This daylight basement space is bathed in natural light from three corner windows and features its own dedicated wet bar. For your safety and to allow for a modular, flexible layout, we have maintained a flat floor design throughout the theater area.

Located just minutes away on the doTERRA campus in Pleasant Grove, this state-of-the-art facility brings Broadway-caliber productions to our local community. After enjoying a world-class performance, we invite you to return to your Sampson Drive residence and utilize the 5.2.2 Atmos system to enjoy a "rehearsal" of your favorite soundtracks in the comfort of your own theater.
